Do you have a loyality program for regular customers?Yes. For every € you spend on our site you earn a bonus point. After reaching 500 points we send you a 50€ gift code which you can spend on all items.

Do loyality points have an expiration date?No they don't. You can use them for all items in stock, preorders and sale items.

Can i combine multiple gift codes on one order?Yes feel free to add as much as you want.

In which language are the movies presented?All films are presented in their original language with additional english subtitles.

Does the movie come with a slipcover?We ensure the pictures of the products on our site reflect the stock we hold. If a title is pictured with a slipcover, it will be shipped with one.

Do I need a special player to view your 4K UHD movies?You will need a 4K Blu-ray player in order to play all 4K UHD Blu-rays. There is no region coding for the 4K Format.

Can i view region A blu-rays with my european player?No. Therefore you will need a region A or a region free blu-ray player.

Which payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and paypal. We also accept payments via bank transfer.

Can i split my preorder to receive items sooner?All items in each order ship together, including preorders! If you need your items as soon as possible, we would advise you to place separate orders!

How do I know if my order has shipped?We will send all items with tracking and insurance within one working day. We do not ship on saturdays.

Which shipping courier do you use?We ship all items with DHL.

Do you ship internationally?At the moment we are shipping to all countries in the european union. We are working hard to add another countries in the future.

Can i be sure that my order arrives in perfect condition?We ship all items bubble wrapped in an cardboard envelope or multiple items in thick packages with lots of filling material. We have already sent thousands of packages and never received any complaints.

I'm a picky customer how can i be sure to receive a flawless item?We inspect all items when receiving and before shipping. We don't sell limited editions with dinged corners or damaged slipcovers otherwise it's stated in the text.

What happens when my item get lost or damaged during shipping?No worries. We will send out a replacement copy as soon as possible or refund you the whole amount. You decide how you want to proceed.
